Order Cancellations

You have a 6-hour timeframe from the moment of order placement to initiate a cancellation. To request a cancellation, please reach out to us at [email protected].

A 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders. If your cancellation request is received outside the 6-hour window, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stages.

Returns and Exchanges

We strive to guarantee your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

After the 30 days, all orders are deemed accepted, and we are unable to process any further returns or exchanges.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

Items may be returned/exchanged if:

  • Item is damaged or defective
  • Received product differs from the ordered item
  • Incorrect size, design, material or product was received
  • Product description is inaccurate

Ineligible Conditions

We cannot accept returns/exchanges if:

  • Item was washed, worn or altered in any way
  • Tags were removed or tampered with
  • Minor issues like loose threads or snags
  • You simply changed your mind

Return Shipping

Customers are accountable for the costs associated with return shipping. We advise utilizing a trackable shipping method and securing insurance for your package. Any returns lost in transit become the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Upon inspecting and verifying the eligibility of your return, refunds will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.

Refunds include the original shipping fees and are credited back to the original payment method. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

  • Communicate with us before returning any items. Unapproved returns may not qualify for refunds.
  • Ensure items are unused, unwashed, unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
  • We are unable to refund returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Our 30-day return window begins on the delivery date. After 30 days, all sales are final.
